The proximity to the snow access walkway was fantastic. The local ladies also cook onsen eggs very near to the property. Shannon, the host, was so friendly, and helpful, and made us feel so welcome.

Lovely open plan living spaces on ground floor, secluded location (with a temperamental baby we didn't have to be worried about crying waking neighbours), great bathroom, drying room and washing facilities, very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. Free local bus to the Nagasaka gondola just up the street, very helpful staff from the nearby sister lodge (assisted with free lifts to town etc). We asked for a cot and a high chair and this wasn't a problem.

Location is a short 5-10 minute walk into the main part of town. Super comfy quilts. We were there in February so naturally a cold time of year. They had lots of heaters thankfully, but once turned off, the house got cold very quickly again. They arranged parking for us close by for a good price.

The villa is quite spacious. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The living area and dining area were really nice to relax in. The kitchen was really good, tons of space. nice and cozy with a fireplace . it was very warm which is not typical in Nagano houses. It is very spacious for a big group and the kitchen is very nice. also there is a ski resort is really close to the house.
