This is a new, modernly furnished complex of three villas. Each villa has two separate bedrooms with their own bathroom, located on the 2nd floor. On the ground floors there is a large dining area, kitchen area and seating areas. In the backyard there is a swimming pool and sunbathing areas. The layout of the villas is very comfortable. The villas are equipped with everything you need. If something is missing, the staff will quickly bring it. Contact the guys via Whats app. The staff is very welcoming, sociable, friendly, always ready to help. Predib, I hope we will see each other again :-) The location of the villas is also excellent - the city beach and the Smoke&Bitters restaurant are 20 meters away. Within 800 meters, there are many cafes, including breakfast ones. You can also buy groceries at the Cargills supermarket or order breakfast at the Villa. By the way, there is even a restaurant with food delivery - Blue Bay Chillout Lounge. We used it several times, very convenient :-). We liked everything. We will definitely recommend this place and will happy return again.

This place is truly exceptional. A really paradise. The building itself is divine but, what really makes it, at the splendid staff who are endlessly attentive. The food is simply the best we have had in Sri Lanka so would highly advise eating lunch and dinner here too! What a shame we are leaving- we would have jumped at staying longer!

The Sea Vision Treehouse is an absolute gem. We stayed in the family hut with our two teenagers, which was clean and well maintained. With sunset views from the end of the garden and 10 mins short walk from Hirikitaya and Dickwella beaches, it was perfect for us to head out for dawn surfs before the girls were awake, while having a chilled place to come back to. Melanie, our host was very thoughtful and popped in a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. It is also close to great places to eat: the surprisingly fresh and tasty, Sunshine, blue bay chill out lounge and the outstanding Smoke and Bitters.

Owners and staff are so kind and very friendly. The luxurious accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, made my stay truly memorable. Seriously its fully surround by nature and birds are singing morning omg its amazing. Food and beverages are so delicious. I can’t wait to return to Breeze bay on my next visit. Highly recommended!
