There was a lock box but we weren't given the code until we arrived at the property and I asked again. So we had to wait at the property for a bit before we could enter. Overall the property was wonderful. It is well stocked with everything you need including some welcome groceries. There are lots of towels for beach and pool. The roof top deck and plunge pool were awesome. Both hosts were responsive to questions and assisted when needed. All the little details were thought of and provided for.

The house is in a beautiful pocket of newer homes in the south of the island! We felt safe and comfortable. The grounds, garden, and pool area are clean and perfect for relaxing. The kitchen, dining room, half bathroom, and living room make up the first floor. There are two bedrooms upstairs each with a bathroom and a hallway desk on the second floor~ and a roof top deck that overlooks both sides of the island on the third floor. The beds are comfortable. All the bathrooms had soap and shampoo/conditioner. The decor of the house is charming, and the furniture in good shape. The air conditioning was so nice after a hot day. We had plenty of water for showers even though there were parts of the island that were having trouble with water scarcity. The owners were helpful in setting up transportation to the island and also to the house. We were also able to pre-order some groceries, which was helpful! The property manager, Jesus, was kind, helpful and hard~working. He was quick to answer questions and made sure our stay was going well.

It’s in a stunning location and very well equipped. The on-site caretaker is absolutely charming and incredibly helpful. My sons loved the jacuzzi in the terrace. Great restaurant on-site and immediately next door.

Villas Chukum is located in the La Gloria neighborhood within walking distance to "Dog Beach", many great restaurants, the Super Aki, and many other "convenience" stores. Very easy to catch a taxi or the bus nearby. The Villa was clean and very comfortable and provided just about everything we needed. There is a very nice "dipping" pool on the property as well. The rooftop provides a great view of the sunset and the sunrise.

The weather didn't serve us so we could not enjoy the beach, but we surely enjoyed the huge and comfortable bed, very clean and spacious bathroom. Also we didnt use the kitchen due to the short stay, but it has everything necessary for a longer stay. Location is calm, a bit out of center so bike or golf cart would be useful, but the location is perfect for people who want some quiet time out of center's madness.LenaYoung couple
