Excellent communication from the owner from booking to check out. Extremely clean, tidy and well-presented villa. 2 minute walk from the centre of Alvor which has lots of bars, restaurants and activities to offer. Hot tub and swimming pool were superb and the chlorine/pH etc. levels were monitored by professionals during our stay. Very comfortable beds. Good storage in the bedrooms for clothes. Both bedrooms are upstairs. One has direct access to the upper terrace (with hot tub) and is ensuite with a bath. The 2nd bedroom is spacious and although it is not ensuite it has a separate bathroom right beside it. There is also a third toilet on the ground floor. The whole villa is modern with a massive TV, electric shutters for the windows and a well-equipped kitchen. No problems with noise or neighbours. Really can't recommend this place enough. If you're looking for fantastic accommodation in the Algarve for two adult couples this place ticks all the boxes. You will not be disappointed.

You have the use of two pools one at the villas and one at the hotel. Small supermarket is a 2 minute walk, and a 3 minute walk to bus stop. Beautiful 15 minute walk along the boardwalk at the beach will take you into Alvor center. And there are bars and restaurants 10 minutes walk from the hotel/villas, recommend Al Dente. There are a number of bar/restaurants along the beach. The villa was cleaned daily and the hotel/villa complex was clean and tidy.
