It was very cosy and a nice retreat. You wake up in a park with hummingbirds in front of your door and a great view of the volcano. Then you can hike the Park trails (ca.3h) and experience a hidden jungle, waterfall with a lot of fauna. Also there is a cool viewpoint where you can get a photo of the volcano and the jungle.

The host was very helpful, the house was clean and tidy, perfect for a stay near the Arenal volcano. A recently renovated holiday home set in Fortuna, Casa Gamboa, La Fortuna features a garden. Very nice, clean house. Photos don't do justice. Best place we stayed in CR. Nice host.
