The villa was so clean and cozy , the owner was so helpful he's taking care of every detail, he gave me a lot of info about the markets and restaurants nearby and the activities , everything was perfect for a family vacation , the villa is only 1 minute walk from the lake but you can also see the lake from the balcony, I highly recommend going there.

Saleh, who is the property manager, was so helpful. He took care of everything and anything we needed. He even helped us plan our activities. We would have loved to stay longer. The host was very friendly and helpful. The price is very reasonable. I ate out most of my stay, hired a jeep driver and toured around all the time and still ended up paying less than what other hotels in Tunis charged. Tunis is a lovely village on its own, perfect to enjoy the Egyptian countryside without giving up 'western' comforts. With the help of a driver, at a very reasonable price, one can also explore the wonderful Fayoum area which is really rich with naturalistic and archeological sites that are worth visiting
