It is a perfect place to stay. The nature is beautiful and the house is very cozy. The family was so kind, and they provided me with great food and wine. I would definitely recommend it and I would be happy to stay here again.

The rooms are quite spacious, and the bedding is comfortable. There is an AC/heating unit in the bedroom. Amazing, friendly, and helpful host who can guide you around town. The neighbors on the small street are also friendly. All the best places to eat in Kutaisi are just a short walk away. Highly recommended! Super lovely place. We will stay again!

If you decide to choose this house - you better do it fast, it's a real hidden gem for this low of a price. Despite not having that many reviews yet, the place is absolutely wonderful and hosts are ready to do everything to make your stay here as pleasant as possible. Photos don't do justice to this place and it was the first time in my life when the reality was much better than expected. A recently renovated villa set in Kutaisi, Cottage lima features a garden. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. The villa was really exceptional. Having a big amazing garden (fenced) with swing, hammock and a beautiful terrace in the a middle of the forest is just perfect. One of the best places to relax and unwind. Another plus is the upper terrace which can be opened to get the master bed out on it. Not mentioning the amazing host Nino, she was always in contact to make sure we were happy and well settled and big thanks to her husband as well for his amazing support.

Magdan house is a recently renovated holiday home in Tskaltubo, where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge. Wonderful place to stay. Great facilities and kind owners. Loved room, bathroom, kitchen and view from outdoor patio. Recommended to friends.

The host gave us the warmest welcome, we arrived late and the weather was cold. The host serves us with local alcohol Cha Cha and some fruits and cakes, makes our heart feel warm. The breakfast was great and delicious. There is a garden and dining area, and we had our privacy. We took our breakfast and firewood at the dining area. This place is fantastic, highly recommend!
