It is a very cute one-story home with a garden on the host's property. Beautiful flowers all over. It even has its own gate, outdoor eating area, and hammock for sunny days! The rooms are quite spacious, and the bedding is comfortable. There is an AC/heating unit in the bedroom. Amazing, friendly, and helpful host who can guide you around town. The neighbors on the small street are also friendly. All the best places to eat in Kutaisi are just a short walk away. Highly recommended! Super lovely place. We will stay again!

Despite not having that many reviews yet, the place is absolutely wonderful and hosts are ready to do everything to make your stay here as pleasant as possible. Photos don't do justice to this place and it was the first time in my life when the reality was much better than expected. Having a big amazing garden (fenced) with swing, hammock and a beautiful terrace in the a middle of the forest is just perfect. One of the best places to relax and unwind. Another plus is the upper terrace which can be opened to get the master bed out on it. Not mentioning the amazing host Nino, she was always in contact to make sure we were happy and well settled and big thanks to her husband as well for his amazing support.

The host gave us the warmest welcome, we arrived late and the weather was cold. The host serves us with local alcohol Cha Cha and some fruits and cakes, makes our heart feel warm. The breakfast was great and delicious. There is a garden and dining area, and we had our privacy. We took our breakfast and firewood at the dining area. This place is fantastic, highly recommend!
