There is construction happening right behind the home, so there is some noise, but that is not a big issue.

We enjoyed our 3-day stay immensely, and the housekeeper was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Overall, we highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful getaway in Goa. The caretaker provided exceptional service, attending to every detail with warmth and professionalism. Jadecaps, from booking to check-out, delivered top-notch customer service, making our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this villa and the outstanding services provided by Jadecaps and the caretaker for an indulgent getaway. I'll be returning for sure!

Set within 400 metres of Benaulim Beach and 1.2 km of Sernabatim Beach, 'Golden Sea Breeze' Beach villa offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Benaulim. The villa was fantastic lots of room, and very clean. We were met by Arlene the manager on arrival, we were early so she happily stored our bags until the villa had been cleaned. Arlene kept in contact throughout our stay advising of cleaning etc and helping with taxi bookings. Everything we needed was in the villa and Arlene spent a lot of time explaining how everything worked - washing machine, hot water etc. Arlene was very responsive to our requests. Villa is 5 mins max to beach and a 15 minute walk into Benaulim crossroads, where there is supermarkets coffee houses etc. Would highly recommend
