Located in Sandgerði village, these basic wooden cottages are a 10-minute drive away from Keflavik Airport. Free WiFi is available. The cabin was spotless, warm and comfy. Great location for access to the airport, Reykjavik and the national park. The separate ktchen/dinner had everything we needed.

Little touch on having some basic essentials like coffee, oil and sugar all ready in the kitchen is a rare sight. Clean and nice stay. Hot tub easy to use. Definitely would come back and recommend.

We liked everything, it was like staying at home, a LARGE home :) comparing with other apartments we have been to, that was not just a “hotel room” style, there was a spirit of a live home, rare found. As I have mentioned, the house had a lot of space, very well equipped, kitchen was stuffed with all we needed, beds were comfortable, and there were a lot of lights all over the place. My son was happy fining a PlayStation that he played in the evening. The house was 10 minutes away from the airport, that might make sense if you need to stay a night before departure. Easy check in - check out, responsive and friendly host. Several grocery stores nearby. I would rate it all 5 starts in the review.
