This place was cute, comfortable, clean, and cozy. Check in and check out were a breeze. The host was very generous and allowed us to store our luggage when we arrived early, and after we checked out for a few hours to accommodate our train schedules. This is a great location, just 10 min walk from the train station and right off the canal. The interior was extremely spacious (especially compared to our small hotel rooms in Osaka/Tokyo). We stayed here with 3 adults but could have comfortably fit several more. Everything was clearly labeled so it was easy to move about the house. Host was responsive to messages on Booking.com and over e-mail. Would definitely stay here again and will be recommending it to friends traveling to Japan later this year.

1組貸切りの宿 Thank you Hippo 2 -KURA 蔵- ligger i Matsumoto, 3,1 km från The Japan Ukiyo-e Museum, 29 km från Canora Hall och 12 minuters promenad från Matsumoto slott. Very nice place to stay with your family. You will find everything you need... and more. Our hosts were very kindfull and gave us lots of advise. Arigato gozaimasu!!

Minshuku Suhara ligger i Okuwa, 34 km från Kisofukushima Ski Resort, 47 km från Ōi och 47 km från Amritsar busstation. The property is well kept and staying there is an experience in itself. I got the whole house to myself and having a modern toilet and appliances but with a traditional bath was interesting. The host was very helpful and gave clear instructions. The location along the Nakasendo Trail enhanced the walking adventure.

Villa Komakusa ligger bredvid Hakuba Iwatake Snow Field och erbjuder hisnande utsikt över norra Alperna och en mysig stuga med träinredning och kök. Excellent location, close to Iwatake Gondola lift. The villa is well-heated. All the amenities are complete (kitchen, toiletries, beddings). Clean and well-maintained. Fukushima-san is very kind and is able to help us with all our needs within a message reach. We will be back. The kids love the place so much.

Ringo Cottage har utsikt över trädgården och erbjuder boende med en terrass och en balkong, 41 km från Nagano station. The location was great, just out of town and close to all the slopes we wanted to get to. The place was very spacious and the amenities were great with high tech and everything we needed. Comfy beds and nice pillows. Great aircon that kept us warm our entire stay.

AOBA Hakuba self-contained home ligger i Hakuba, 45 km från Nagano station, 46 km från Zenkō-ji tempel och 3,6 km från Happo One skidort. Hosts were so helpful, kind and easy to deal with. Great house and such great value. Sleeps 7 comfortably. Thank you for having us for the week, we had a great time and enjoyed the ski resorts and the town of Hakuba. Only note would be suggest you hire a car as not much in the village of Iwatake, hosts even arranged us a hire car through a company and had it dropped to our door - no hassles at all, and so helpful and convenient. Hosts were open to assisting with everything we needed - even assisting with booking a restaurant reservation. We cannot wait to come back!!!
