Newly build houses close to the Ceravici restaurant. It is on the farm so we had the farm tour too, which was fun. The house is big enough for a family, well equipped, beautiful woodwork inside. The location is not in Budva, but this is why we liked it. It was quiet and you could leave behind the crowd even in the peak season. The swimming pool is well maintained enough big for swimming, you need nothing else for a vacation with kids. Please note my review is about the accommodation, the restaurant is ok as well but accommodation is outstanding. House is perfectly noise proof, although most of the time it is quiet anyway. Host Nazar is very kind, highly available (always answered in minutes since we booked and during the stay), speaks excellent English. It was like talking to a friend. It is perfect place for 2-3 families, 8 people, we were 9 and the kids just wanted to "come back to the villa" each day. Beach is 5 mins away, there is a small supermarket 3 mins walk, 2 restaurants (that we didnt visit), and a bakery/pizza that also sell ice cream right next, so you can buy hot buns every morning.
