The recently renovated villa is located on the ground floor and has 3 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with an oven, a stovetop, a washing machine and kitchenware. A private entrance leads guests into the villa, where they can enjoy some wine or champagne and fruits. There is also a seating area and a fireplace. Hosts were lovely and provided smooth check-in. We asked the host to check-out a bit late, and they were ok with it! Nearby Kotor is a wonderful city. Large front and backyard. Great patio and well eqipped acommodation with a couple of parking spots within the private yard.

The property has an outdoor dining area. Communication with Denis and Milica was very spontaneous. They reached out to me on Whatsapp and instructed me about the location. Milica was present to receive me at the gate and gave me a full tour and made herself readily available. The facilities in the room were excellent, beyond what was required by me. Everything was absolutely spotless and clean and seemed new and fresh. All amenities are present, including cooking utensils, cutlery, fresh towels and linen and laundry products. GREAT value for money!
