We didn’t really use it because it was so hot but it was a nice space. We loved being able to pull our rental into a private, secure parking space.

The host was responsive and helpful. The bed was a full sized king bed and man was it comfortable!! The bedroom closet had so many organized drawers, cupboards and shelving for all of your belongings, oh and there were tons of hangers, loved the safe for your passports etc!! The shower was perfect with good water pressure in the shower. The kitchen was fully stocked including a coffee maker and kettle as well. The living room was comfy and Netflix was accessible. Having a small private deck was nice to people watch and relax with a coffee (morning sun only). The roof top pool area was wonderful, clean and oh those sunsets from there were all but amazing, as was watching all the cruise ships come and go. We loved the close proximity to the main square and shops. We appreciated the fact that the reception was manned with a security person, we felt extremely safe here as well. Having onsite parking was a plus for sure!! If this place is available, book it!!

Alfredo is an incredible host, he was always looking out for us. The house is very nice, very spacious and surrounded by vegetation, which makes the place very quiet. The ideal is to rent a car to be able to move around the island and not be worried about getting a cab. The center of Cozumel is 10 minutes away by car so the supermarket, crafts and souvenirs are very close. There are several beaches less than 30 minutes away by car so practically the location is perfect. It only remains for me to thank you for all the facilities and attentions that our wonderful host had and I promise to return the next time I visit the island.

Limes, papaya, plantains, guanabana, and more all grow in a beautifully manicured oasis outside our door. We were likewise fascinated by the Cenote, surrounded by jungle, serene and cool. The villa’s architecture lent a feeling of openness and security at the same time. Windows that faced the jungle were naturally private with minimal window treatments, windows that faced the courtyard oasis were block-wavy glass that let in plenty of light. Clever forethought. The bed was very comfy, the kitchen easy to prepare food in, and the two bathrooms were a just-right size. Everything was impeccably clean. Finally, the artwork on the wall was tasteful and interesting. Nothing cheesy!

Dolphin Discovery Cozumel is a 12-minute walk from Mima's Village Cozumel, while Isla Pasion Weddings is 7 km from the property. For us, we absolutely loved this place. It was far away from the tourist zone that you can enjoy Cozumel to yourself. To get around, you really do need a car or motorcycle if you plan to eat out. We ate in and cycled around to where we needed to go. Snorkeling out front is great! Amazing sunsets
