The common areas in the house are really good, it has a nice area where you can work and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your own food and a laundry. Fast internet. Lots of things to do in the neighborhood, safe and walkable area, many restaurants, shops, pharmacies, Starbucks, etc. Having an AC in the room is a huge plus.
