Villa Marilu B&B in Bacalar provides adults-only accommodation with a private beach area and a garden. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. This place was amazing. We enjoyed every second there and it was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the lake & Bacalar. The room was big, super clean, cozy and the aircon worked perfectly. It was in addition cleaned every day. In the main area is even free water to take. Parking is inside and there is always a spot. The city center is also close. It is possible to go by foot or take the car and park it in the city. We never had any problem finding a parking spot there. Breakfast was great and we could choose where to eat it. We always had it on the jetty and enjoyed the view. The jetty is definitely the best part of this place. It is fantastic to spend a day swimming, reading and relaxing and the view from there is simply magical. Eduardo was in addition the perfect host, welcomed us warmly, was always there if we had questions and gave us very helpful city hints. We could even on our last day let our car there and still use the jetty. There was an additional shower and toilet to use after check-out and Eduardo gave us towels to use. All in all, this is definitely a perfect spot to spend vacations in Bacalar and we would always come back. Thanks Eduardo, for a great time :)

Amazing place in the jungle, about 10 min drive out of Tulum. So peaceful and relaxed. Wonderful facilities, very clean and comfortable, perfect stay for a family. Quentin is a great host, very responsive, shares great advice about places to visit in the area.

The cabaña is perfect if you want a quiet getaway from the busy down town of Isla Mujeres. The cabaña is fully equipped with everything you might need and with the Coffee Bus serving great coffee just outside, breakfast and snacks are easy. We enjoyed the eating oppurtunities just down the street.

We were very well Impressed as soon as we opened the 1st gate! It’s wonderful and bigger than we thought it would be! Spacious, modern and tasteful decoration. Had easy to follow procedures to enter, stayed 5 nights, didn’t have any trouble at all, loved staying here and super recomend!
