Too bad but the admin/host was kind enough to look for another nice place for us to stay. She handled everything nicely & professionally to make sure everything went smoothly.

Location was ideal. Walking distance to Mesilou 3Sixty Peak which has a nice view of Mount Kinabalu and a short drive to Desa Dairy Farm. Rooms were clean and comfortable for 5 adults and 2 children. Set in Kundasang in the Sabah region, The Explorer Kundasang offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. This holiday home features a garden as well as a terrace. We stayed overnight in the hopes of the mountain view but unfortunately the weather wasnt on our side. Despite that, we had a good view of the town and hills with a foggy backdrop Stayed with a group of friends and there were 8 of us. The rooms were clean and comfortable and that’s a huge plus. Towels are also provided. The whole house was clean and well equipped with cooking utensils - rice cooker, fridge, gas stove and water heater. One of the bedrooms is en suite. There are 2 bathrooms downstairs and 3 on the upper level. All you have to do is bring your personal toiletries and food (raw or cooked). Ash trays are also equipped outside all around the establishment for smokers. Barbecue area is also available if you want to have BBQ meals at the dining area outside accompanied in the fresh air of Kundasang.
