The property was beautiful, clean, in a great location and extremely well equipped. There was literally everything in the kitchen that you could possibly ever need to cook while you are away. Oven and electric hob were excellent with large fridge and freezer, great for families or groups. In addition the laundry room had a clean washing machine, airer and vaccuum. Beds were ok (a little hard for us, but just personal preference) Living, dining areas and bathrooms excellent. Niki was a great host.

Based on just the view from the deck of this house, the rating is worth a 10. Loved sitting on the deck and looking at the harbor. Nice, big place (designed for much larger groups - we were just 2 people) with lots of room and comfort. Big TV. Clean, with excellent facilities. Very well equipped. Loved the isolation and solitude, despite being above what appears to be a busy roadway. Bedrooms were very quiet. Be aware that you will have to carry luggage up a short gravel path to the house. This was one of the best places we stayed while in Norway for a month.

The hoster is very generous and kind, let us charged the car and gave us a lot of woods to keep the stove warm. It was a pity we needed to leave early, so we didn't see the sun rise and the beautiful sea view.

Luxurious Boathouse with Private Dock in the Best Location in Arendal ligger i Arendal, 17 km från Ibsenhuset, och erbjuder luftkonditionerat boende med en uteplats och gratis WiFi. Fantastic location on side of fjord. Very modern and comfortable interior. Lovely outside seating although we only used it one day due to the weather. Good area to explore. Arendal is only a few minutes away by car and has lots of shops and restaurants. We also used the historic passenger ferry which only takes 6 minutes and runs all day late into the evening but is a pleasant 30 minute walk from the boat house. The host, Arild met us on arrival to show us where to park and show us the property.

Barnevennlig feriehus ved sjøen ligger i Kristiansand vid stranden, 16 minuters promenad från Høllesanden strand och 22 km från University of Agder. Excellent, very clean and comfortable, had all the necessary things we needed being away from home. Nice walk along the beach and boardwalk in front of the apartment

Lovingly and tastefully furnished, warm and cosy. There is everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Noteworthy is the perfect cleanliness. The view is spectacular and I couldn't stop taking pictures. I also loved the terrace and the little garden. I loved the spacious kitchen with fridge freezer and all the cooking utensils. The bedroom is so cozy and the bed comfortable and warm. The bathroom is perfect, modern and functional. You can feel that Christoffer and Hannah host people with care and commitment. When I had questions they also answered them immediately. There is a supermarket, petrol station and bakery 500m away. I stayed with my dog and we loved the long walks on the beach in front of the house. I enjoyed everything and would highly recommend this accommodation.
