The property features mountain views and is 23 km from Pania of the Reef Statue and 25 km from Bluff Hill Lookout. The villa also provides free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. Very modern and comfortable house. Very good location near many wineries. Lots of space around the house. Great shower. Very good matrasses! Highly recommended!

Lawn Cottages is just 5 minutes’ walk from the beach. It is within 10 minutes’ drive of Napier, Havelock North, and Hastings. A variety of local wineries are within 15 minutes’ drive. Your hosts can arrange restaurant and tour bookings for you. Perfect stay, best equipped cottage we have ever seen (we are travelling a lot all over the world). Quiet and peaceful. Wonderful surroundings. Perfect terrace to have breakfast and dinner. We stayed five nights it was our best stay within 2 months travelling around NZ.

The vibrant cafes, wineries, restaurants and shopping of Havelock North Village are a 10-minute walk away. It is a 5-minute drive to Hastings city centre. We traveled all over the north island. This was by far our favorite place to stay. The host was kind and flexible. The cottage was cozy. The animals were a peaceful and wonderful addition. Highly recommended!!!

We loved everything about it, the layout, functional, space, indoor/outdoor flow and even the little details such as the tablet with information. Everything was well presented.. big fridge, plenty of cupboard storage.. beautiful bench tops. Beds are amazing, super comfy and warm. The cleanliness was amazing. Nicki is such an amazing host, kind, warm heart and just easy to get along with. The electronic pin for a key is a great idea.

Beautiful and quiet neighborhood and within walking distant to a few minute drive to most places.
