Absolutely loved our stay here. I don’t know why they mostly have pictures of the small pool on this listing, because there was a large (even more beautiful) pool right next to our condo. It was amazing to swim here, also at nights with the lights on. Without scooter you won’t be able to do much here, there are not really any restaurants within walking distance. We however loved driving around with our scooters and truly fell in love with Samboan. The nature here is beautiful, with some gorgeous gorgeous falls within 5 minutes scooter rides and beautiful sea views along the roads.

The staff were friendly, accommodating and willing to help with tours and transport to the airport. Close to main town yet peaceful. Shared kitchen also a big bonus, being able to make out own breakfast rather than eating our 3x per day!

Even we checked in 4hour before check in time the wonderful mercy and oppah managed to host us perfectly and even sing some karaoke with us at the beautiful pool. Boasting a garden, private pool and pool views, ISLA VILLA 1 amazing waterfall pool house near beach, bars & restaurants is located in Mactan. We loved the villa a lot! Very amazed by the facilities of the house. We spent most of time at the indoor pool in the evening but didn't know how to work the waterfall despite following the manual. Everyone just camped in the master bedroom to marathon a series on netflix before heading to bed. Everything was so comfortable so all of us got a good night sleep! Lon, the housekeeper was very helpful. He was there to welcome us and send us away the next day. He also helped to get in touch with a driver because we couldn't get a grab ourselves.
