Located within 90 metres of Anse Kerlan Beach and 600 metres of Grand Anse Praslin Beach, Awesome Charlie D Villas provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Anse Kerlan. Location is perfect if you prefer quiet place with beautiful empty beach less than 100 meters from veranda. 3 time daily you will hear small airplane from nearby “airport”. Bus stop, liquor store, fast food or groceries is 1 minute by walk. Young lady Nathaniera takes car of this business and she makes it perfectly. She can arrange anything you need and she is very nice and helpful. Also she can cook for you, what we can strongly recommend.

Villa Belle Plage offers private beachfront villas located right on the famous Anse Kerlan beach on Praslin Island. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. We didn't have breakfast provided but there were good facilities to make our own. The location was incredible with an amazing beach only a few yards from the front porch! The host, Bert, was amazing and went above and beyond to help us make the most of our stay, organising trips, car rental and taxis when we needed them - incredible service and a genuinely lovely guy! Our 14 year old daughter didn't want to leave but we'd already organised accommodation on a couple of other islands... would love to return some day!

Featuring a balcony with sea views, a private beach area and a garden, Cap Jean Marie Beach Villas can be found in Anse Kerlan, close to Anse Kerlan Beach and 1.3 km from Petite Anse Kerlan Beach. Perfect place. We loved everything, the view, the beaches nearby and the landlords was super helpful and friendly. Recommend it 100%. Our honeymoon went smoothly in this apartament.

Located along the white sand Cote D'Or Beach, Cote d'Or Footprints is nestled on the north east coast of Praslin Island. It offers an outdoor swimming pool, lush garden which leads onto the beach. Location on Cote D'or and the pool area were lovely. Walking distance to restaurants and shops but would suggest a car for Praslin to see the Valee de Mai and other beaches like Anse Lasio. we will love to come back!

Super clean and very friendly staff, ready to help out anytime. The location is good and the view is amazing especially if you take the upper apartments. The breakfast is good as well. We recommend doing the tour to other islands (Curieuse, St Pierre) with them, it was a very pleasant experience. Overall highly recommended. We loved staying here.

Located in Anse Possession, near Anse Boudin Beach and Anse Takamaka Beach, Anse Boudin Chalets & Villa is a recently renovated property, featuring, a garden and barbecue facilities. Excellent house opposite the beach,big,luxurious with an amazing garden. It could fit easily a group of 6. Loukas and Nataly were extremely helpful with everything,suggesting things and booking restaurants for us.

Situated in Baie Sainte Anne and only 1.7 km from Anse Marie-Louise Beach, Belle Rose Vue guest house features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. The view is amazing, nice hosts

Set in Anse Possession, 400 metres from Grand Anse La Blague Beach and 500 metres from Petit Anse La Blague Beach, CAM Getaway Villa offers air conditioning. The house is new, beautiful and well-furnished. There is everything you may need. There are even a washing machine and capsule coffee machine. (capsules for a special affordable price) The coffee was the best we’ve tried in Seychelles. Every morning here come some beautiful little bird, regular on the balcony. Cathleen is a very attentive and friendly host! She was very informative all the time, and explained everything you need to know about the island. It was also great when she brought us some home-made local desserts) We had a nice stay and can strongly recommend this place on Praslin. If you are Russian and don’t speak English very well, it will be the right decision to stay at Cathleen's house, because she can easily handle such guests;)
