Set in Jiufen in the New Taipei City region, Jiufen Xiaomei Meow Seaview Homestay has a patio. It is located 34 km from Raohe Street Night Market and offers a shared kitchen. I loved everything. The place was perfectly clean and very spacious and well equipped. Tasty breakfast brought to us too and brilliant location.

The property is remote in the mountains but just 5 min from jiu fen old street by car or scooter. Walking maybe a 20min walk. It’s complete with a bathroom, kitchen and spare upstairs loft with an extra mattress,pillow and sheet. Although we visited in the winter there’s a nice heater that keeps the home warm and toasty plus there’s a heater for the bed as well. The home is a bit like a cottage style and parking is easily accessible. The owner (Brotten) is also an incredible host. He was very hospitable and ready to help in any way he could. He provides fresh groceries daily (bread, eggs, jam, peanut butter, microwaveable dumplings, milk, etc..) and even provided a free bottle of wine. He helped us book a table at a local restaurant for dinner and showed up to make sure we got seated. All in all an amazing host. Most importantly it is pet friendly. We brought our 3 dogs (Taiwan mixed breed) and were welcomed with open arms which is not always the case.

Located in Taipei's Ruifang District, Formosa Arcadian Villa enjoys beautiful mountain, sea and sunrise views from its sun terrace. Free Wi-Fi are available in its spacious rooms, while on-site parking is free. The attached restaurant serves Chinese/Western set meals for lunch and dinner.. The breakfast was incredibly good and very well prepared. I was very impressed with the service provided by the management and staff. They were very hospitable, cheerful, and willing to help to make my stay comfortable.
