Mica was wonderful and came and assisted us with a couple of simple issues (us not understanding how water worked in South America :) beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels and the kitchen was well equipped. We choose a family neighborhood as we are looking to retire. This location was ideal for us. Small stores, bakeries and restaurants within 1 km of the house. It is a great place to stay.

This was definitely the best accommodation we stayed in during our trip to South America! Not only is the place so cozy and spacious, but Santiago (the host) is so friendly and helpful, the communication with him was very smooth - we simply loved everything. The location is perfect, few minutes walk from the central bus stop, shops, and restaurants. There is everything you could wish for, a big kitchen space, a nice patio and garden, including a fireplace outside where you can do barbecue. Beautiful bedrooms, comfy beds, clean newly looking bathroom. The only downside was that our stay in Carmelo was just 2 days, we all agreed that we would gladly stay for a full week if we had more time. :)
