Despite the late time and celebration of Christmas, Filipe drove us to farmacy, helped us to find a medicine and drove us back to hotel. We will not forget such happiness and extremely recommend visit this hotel!

Outdoor seating allows guests to enjoy the fresh air. Diana, as a Host was extremely efficient, accommodating and kind hearted Host. She was very easy to communicate with and was prompt in replying. Her directions to the location were amazing and she walked me through the cabin and and the grounds to make sure I had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. She even left a lovely gift basket of local treats which was very thoughtful and showed how proud she is of her home country and wants to share that with her guests. Very, very special. The cabin location was amazing with a great view of the village and the ocean with a lovely outdoor covered veranda to sit and eat and take in the view. The kitchen was efficient and well stocked with all you needed to have morning tea or coffee and to cook and make a meal. It was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. At night you could sit out, even in the rain and watch the sunset and in the morning have coffee and watch the sunrise. The Village has some great sights to take in as well as being a great location to drive to other areas with lots of great scenery along the way. The people in the Village are so lovely and social and make you feel like you are part of the community. There are a few local cats and they were the gentlest and sweetest and would come by for visits which was quite nice during the evenings. I highly recommend it for single travelers, couples, and or families.

A recently renovated country house situated in Furnas, Furnas Spring Lodge features a garden. The property is non-smoking and is set 1.5 km from Fumarolas. excellent location (a few steps away from Terra Nostra Park, the lake, places of volcanic activity, shops and cafes), a very cozy beautiful quiet house and garden, a picturesque village, very friendly people around, an atmosphere of relaxation, harmony and comfort. we were there for Christmas and the house was beautifully decorated and we had a warm welcome, it was very nice. the nature around is absolutely special. There are chickens, ducks and fish in the yard. Many thanks to the owners of the house for their help, quick response, and for their efforts to create a festive mood!

The team sends the notification with the pass code to enter the facilities. The apartment is thoughtfully designed, beds are comfortable. The breakfast items were sufficient and of a good quality: eggs, butter, milk, fruits, bread, juice, etc. Kitchenette has all necessary supplinces and even more than we expected.  The place is unique and beautiful. We enjoyed the swimming pool, sun terrace and views on the hills and green trees as it is located in the middle of nature.  The location is perfect if you would like to explore Furnas (near the Terra Nostra park) and the island.
