We had requested for 2 comforters on 1 large King size bed, but that could not be arranged. We did receive 2 (itchy) blankets and 2 bedsheets.

The restaurant was very small for the large number of guests. It was very congested. Breakfast items were limited. Taste is not that good.

The hotel was at great location. The most happening place is just walk away from the hotel. 24/7 food available nearby. Lots of Bangladeshi, Indian & Arabian Foods are available nearby. The hotel was clean,rooms were big with proper facilities. The staffs are very supportive, well mannered & cooperative. Recommended for Solo, Couple & Family.

Booked for 2 adults and 1x 4 year old child. Told we could not have a cot but would have to pay an extra $80aud per night for a roll away bed…their view is that the child was meant to sleep with us in the bed which is not ideal as we were all jet lagged. There’s no reason why they couldn’t make the soda in the room into a fold out bed… The room was very dated and had a lot of patched up things, paint missing on doors, loose tiles and floor boards, the finishes were terrible, wall paper peeling off. Not to the same standard as pictured which was disappointing because I thought it would feel more luxurious.

Property location was good, walking distance to the Berjaya, night markets and about 20min to KLCC. The pool areas were clean and always clean towels available. The room was spacious. Breakfast was good, rotated every day with different items. Egg station located outdoors. Staff were attentive.

Just that the hotel is situated around pubs, and it gets pretty distracting seeing tipsy people nearby the hotel on Saturdays. So for female smokers, if you need a puff along the hotel lobby's corridor, please get someone to accompany you! Otherwise, you'll be mistaken as a call girl!

Just like the Nasi Kahwin Hari Hari - Easy to source for halal eateries and foods - 24 hours shop just opposite the hotel - Walking distance to McDonalds where it's easy-to-get last minute supper - Few minutes' drive to Pavilion, Sungei Wang, the busking street, Bukit Bintang - All staffs were amazingly friendly and accommodative

There was nothing not to enjoy

The location and the size of the apartments are amazing with a view of the KL tower from ours and the roof top pool with a view of the petronas towers and city. The staff are welcoming and friendly with great hospitality and help when you need, having great local knowledge. The door security guys are most helpful and always friendly when you ask where to go for whatever it is you need. The rooms themselves are clean and comfortable, spacious and with good facilities. It is walking distance to some of the best food in KL with the streets full of hawker and traditional Malaysian cuisine. The breakfast menu is fantastic with both Asian and western cuisines offered but is busy so get in early. The rooftop pool is clean and with some great views with a hot and cold spa and plenty of sunbeds. As a family of four with two teenagers this was perfect for our stay in KL. Most definitely worth the stay when in KL.

I think the breakfast was a bit too casually prepared. Taste was so sweet for most of everything. Can improve on this.

It was worth every penny paid as the 3 bedroom unit is spacious and clean. It has everything we needed. Check in was fast and easy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy to access and 3 minutes walk to many restaurants and pubs.

Breakfast was average at best. Food was tasteless. Avoid if you can and just go to a restaurant nearby. Breakfast is OK if you just want a western style breakfast.

Perfect location in Bukit Bintang but away from the craziness. Very clean and recently renovated apartment with all the equipment and amenities for a short stay with the family.

The positioning of the TV in the room is not ideal. We face some difficulty to shift the tv position between facing the bed or the living room. Would suggest they wall mount the tv so that we can tilt the position of the tv to our preference

Aircon did not work in two bedrooms and had to request to change very late at night.
