  • KOKO HOTEL Nagoya Sakae Review score: 3

“Nothing at all, given the fact that the room price is relatively high.”

  • Travelodge Nagoya Sakae Review score: 7

“Fairly spacious rooms and comfortable beds, free to use lounge with free soft drinks around the clock. Bathroom is western style, no bathtub in our rooms but has a much appreciated rain shower. The hotel is next to a parking lot so for people arriving by car, parking should not be much of a problem.”

  • “Breakfast is reasonably good. Location is not bad too.”

  • APA Hotel Suzuka-Chuou Review score: 9

“Walking distance to mall and 7-eleven on your doorstep. Nice sized rooms and very clean.”

  • HOTEL UNIZO Nagoya Ekimae Review score: 6

“Near the train station (but not convenient walking with luggage).”

  • “Very clean and tidy”

  • Oyado Koto No Yume Review score: 10

“Good Service, breakfast spread , onsen, room facilities”

  • Meitetsu Grand Hotel Review score: 7

    “Proximity to amenities and station.”

  • 素泊まり宿 瑞宝荘 Review score: 10

“As said in other reviews, the lady running the accommodation is extremely nice, and the hospitality is extremely good. The snacks she give me and the breakfast was actually quite good (for people saying it was minimal, I agree that it isn't a lot, but I was able to last until lunch time and I'm like 85-95kg, so I guess it's probably enough? Also, the standard breakfast is pictured in the accommodation pictures, and btw the Jam is quite nice). The room is a Japanese style room, as seen in the pictures, and it is actually quite large, I was able to fully open 2 suitcases while sleeping on the futon and the room seems quite new and it's very clean. The location is good as it is close to the train station and also quite close (around 15 minutes walk) to sun beach. The free parking is also nearby (around 3 minutes walk, I think?) The price (JPY¥6600 per night for the Single Room) is probably one of, if not, the cheapest in Atami (also considering the snacks + breakfast she gives out costs around 10%-15% of the room price, plus free parking that could easily cost you JPY¥2000 if you park elsewhere). Overall, this is the best accommodation I stayed at in my multiple trips to Japan and I'm planning to stay here again next time I'm travelling around Izu and Hakone.”

  • “Apart from the fact you’ve got to listen to people snore was what I expected! Was an experience to say the least!”
