Set in a stately garden of mature trees surrounding a large victorian italianate (private) mansion. Very classy. Our cottage was beautifully decorated in traditional style. Bath robes in rooms. Colonial windows overlook the sunny garden, well equipped small kitchen. Friendly owner gave the personal touch. We will stay again if the opportunity arrives. One in a million for wow factor. It’s a beautiful private setting amongst some amazing ancient trees. There is a lovely veranda on which you can have an afternoon drink watching the birds. Inside, the cabin has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable living space, everything you could need for a wonderful stay. Lots to explore in the area - caves, Trowunna Wildlife Sanctuary, colonial estates, quaint towns with delightful cafes/shops. Highly recommend Melissa and Drumreagh Cabins.
