It is within easy walking distance of the town with many restaurants and bars and close to the small buses running to Todos Los Santos. We stayed in the eco cabins which are on the other side of the road from the main hotel. This area is really quiet and the cabins have good views over the lake. The room was quiet, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was a good size . There was a safe in the room. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Large comfy dorms with big lockers, great common space to hang around and no less than 2 kitchens (one for vegetarians) with free fresh coffee, tea and cake (if you're lucky 😊). Staff are very friendly and Pierre, the owner, obviously cares a lot about his guests. Good value too - Puerto Varas isn't cheap. Surely hope to be back!

The shared rooms (kitchen and chill area) are huge and well equipped. They also offer a secure parking space. We felt very safe and welcome. The location of the hostel is a bit outside of the city center, but we enjoyed walking along the lake to get to the center.
