We stopped off in Santa Cruz for a couple of days on the way to Pucon. Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. From the location and facilities to the staff, to the quietness at night. The room was modern, new and extremely clean. The breakfast could have been taken at the front lobby room/dining area or in the room. We opted to take it in the room. It was delivered exactly on time each day and was perfectly prepared, organized and hot. As a frequent traveler it is rare to get this quality. I could go on and on, but I would just say if you're staying in Santa Cruz area this is your best option by far.

The room was comfortable and clean, the garden shaded and relaxing, and the breakfast plentiful and delicious. The location is also great, just 3 blocks from the town square.
