Had a great view to the beach, the apartment was nice and warm as the days we stayed were quite chilly. The apartment is located away from the main town centre but there was plenty of transport available, it is also located close to a supermarket and a small shopping centre that has cafes, restaurants and clothing shops.

Callihue Lodge is a small oasis in the Colchagua Valley. The small lodge has fantastic rooms, a nice pool and a well curated garden and ambiance that makes hanging around the lodge feel like a beach vacation! Mandy and Cristian are awesome, really responsive and kind hosts. It’s like you’re staying at their home, because you actually kind of are! It was a pleasure to chat with Mandy in the mornings at breakfast. Breakfast was exactly what I wanted, though note if you are a picky eater, this isn’t a buffet breakfast.

The house is gorgeous with a fantastic old time charm and beautiful green areas. High quality rooms, very clean, with excellent beds and confort pillows. Staff was pleasant and Sandra (the owner) was over and beyond to help and make my stay enjoyable. She is really the kindest lady I have met in a long time. She brought my breakfast every morning to my room, and even took me to Downtown to help me with some purchases. You would really be treated like a family member, and although the hotel has not a restaurant, you count with an accessible kitchen to cook yourself, or order food to the many restaurants in the area. Highly recommended for any travel purpose. Loved the hotel and I can't wait to come back!

We stopped off in Santa Cruz for a couple of days on the way to Pucon. Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. From the location and facilities to the staff, to the quietness at night. The room was modern, new and extremely clean. The breakfast could have been taken at the front lobby room/dining area or in the room. We opted to take it in the room. It was delivered exactly on time each day and was perfectly prepared, organized and hot. As a frequent traveler it is rare to get this quality. I could go on and on, but I would just say if you're staying in Santa Cruz area this is your best option by far.
