We were treated each morning to an absolutely superb breakfast, and Tai was an extremely welcoming host. The place was wonderfully quiet and peaceful. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Many thanks to Tai for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. Legend.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We stayed for one night during the Takayama festival as a couple but it can accommodate more guests. The open-air bath was fun and easy to use with privacy.

Our accommodation was amazing and completely blew our expectations. The private onsen and garden were so peaceful. Staff were extremely polite and accommodating, making sure my partner's meals were dairy free. At check out they provided us a free shuttle to the station as it was raining (even though it would have only been a 10 minute walk)

He took very good care of us and made sure we had a taxi picking us up whenever we needed it, explained what we were eating at breakfast, and how to do it properly.

I am very satisfied with the service, the guest rooms, and the hot springs. I suggest ordering sake during dinner and trying the famous Hōrai and Shirayumi sake, which are local specialties. Additionally, I recommend making a reservation in advance for a private hot spring bath. It offers a fantastic bathing experience, and it's very relaxing to have a glass of milk after soaking in the hot spring.
