My husband and I loved our stay. Sumit and family were warm and welcoming and the building itself is beautiful, with wood details and comfortably finished. The breakfast was the best we have had in Nepal; everything was perfect. The coffee...I cannot emphasize how incredibly welcome real coffee is! Sumit made us feel cared for and very welcome during our three nights stay, and I only wish we could have stayed longer. Bandipur is now one of our favorite cities (of the many we have visited over a couple of trips to the country) in Nepal P.S. Amazing (rare) hot shower!!

There's a wonderful feminine energy from the daughters, the mother, and the fantastic grandmother who manage the entire place (plus their adorable son). I highly recommend trying their super-authentic and delicious Nepali food! I'm confident that in the future, they'll also offer cooking lessons because they absolutely should ;) I definitely recommend a stay here, and the next time I visit Bandipur, I know exactly where I'll be staying. I've just left and I already miss Bandipur and Small Town Hotel. The owners are among the nicest people I've met in Nepal and really make you feel part of the family. The guesthouse is located less then 10 minutes walking from the Main Bazar, in a really relaxing area close to a beautiful viewpoint. The rooms are big and clean, some of them even have a private balcony with a beautiful view and they have the best hot shower I've found in Nepal. They also provide delicious food!

Everything was amazing! I think this was my favourite place during my trip in Nepal. You can stay in the middle of the old town main square, enjoy the mountain air (is a pedestrian street), can relax and chill on so many terraces in the area and you should definitely try their food 😋! Also the entire family is hosting you and I think this is the true spirit of Nepali generosity that a lot of Nepali complained to me it was lost nowadays. I kinda regret that I stayed there just one night 😔! Definitely will return!
