The room was spacious and comfortable with the needed amenities. The view from the room is beautiful of the mountains, the swimming pool and the groomed yard. The staff were very friendly and polite. Ricardo the owner was very helpful and did not make an issue when I arrived for check-in very late at 21:30 as I got carried away on the magnificent walk... The location is optimal for exploring the various attractions in Madeira for up to ~60 min. in any direction.

Lovely quiet accommodation in a house that feels like home. Helena is a wonderfull welcoming host. The room was great, spacious and spotless. Breakfast self serve in the morning. Great central location on the island to explore (east) Madeira. Restaurants, shops 5+ min drive away. Would definitely return and recommend!

Everything! The host was nice and friendly, gave us a lot of information and advice on local attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, good WiFi. The village is very beautiful and tranquil. There is a large paved/unpaved parking nearby. A lot of restaurants, a supermarket and a bus stop are nearby.
