Situated in a restored 18th-century home, Casa Da Piedade offers a lounge with fireplace, outdoor garden with barbecue and brightly decorated rooms. Wi-Fi and parking are free. The room was spacious and comfortable with the needed amenities. The view from the room is beautiful of the mountains, the swimming pool and the groomed yard. The staff were very friendly and polite. Ricardo the owner was very helpful and did not make an issue when I arrived for check-in very late at 21:30 as I got carried away on the magnificent walk... The location is optimal for exploring the various attractions in Madeira for up to ~60 min. in any direction.

Offering a terrace and city view, Alexia Room is set in Funchal, 1.7 km from Marina do Funchal and 15 km from Girao Cape. We left a 5 star villa in the mountains of Madeira to visit Alexia Room by cab and we did not miss a thing. Cookies, fresh fruit and coffee at arrival , an incredible view to enjoy every morning, we had a great stay. The host is awesome.

The view and property itself are just out of this world, the property grounds are so beautifully maintained that it's wonderful to just lounge about in the garden all day. The owner was most helpful and kind, making sure that everything was in order, and he even provided us with lactose free milk for breakfast upon request!

Sunset House in Arco da Calheta provides adults-only accommodation with a garden, a terrace and barbecue facilities. Very nice and clean house, the common areas are well equipped. The view is amazing and the atmosphere is very relaxing. The owners are very friendly and helpful, we had a great time!

We loved our tranquil & relaxing stay at Encanto do Sol which is situated in a banana plantation. I would highly recommend the property. Lots of space to relax and enjoy alfresco dining. Amazing views. We enjoyed eating produce from the veg garden

In the Santa Maria district of Funchal, close to Almirante Reis Beach, Agnelo Comfort - Accommodation H V has free WiFi and a washing machine. This guest house features accommodation with a balcony. We had an amazing stay at this comfortable apartment! Central location to the market across the street and grocery stores and bus and the waterfront promenade. It felt like we were locals going to the grocery store and taking the bus, not like tourists! The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need! We loved it! Jose was a wonderful host and he was in touch with us from the moment we landed at the airport and any time we had a question he was quick to answer all of our questions! We didn't have a problem with noise from the market early morning but we always travel with a white noise machine so we didn't hear anything. We found the bed super comfortable. We were there for almost 2 weeks and cannot wait to go back to Madeira and hope that Jose's apartment is available when we do!! Thank you so much Jose!!
