This place was perfect for me. Room is spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. It has a microwave, fridge, comfy bed, couch, TV with netflix ( and of course AC and free wifi) ... The owner is very attentive and great help if you need. It is located a bit outside the main touristy / expat parts of town, but that is actually a plus for me. More authentic experience, and it is only a 5 minute drive from the center - which you can do with grab (local uber) or local jeepneys. This area is linked to the University, so lots of good local eating options nearby.

Small street with a temple in the corner and green vegetation. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows. You have to order breakfast the night before but works perfectly and there is always water, coffee and tea for free for guests. Staff is very nice and welcoming. I felt really relaxed and very happy to have chosen this quaint but modern small hotel.

The beds were among the comfiest we've had during our 3 weeks in Thailand. I'm a light sleeper, so being set back from the street and behind another building meant that it was very quiet for a good night's sleep, while being in a great location inside the old town, a short walk away from Lana square and the Sunday night markets etc. We are even able to bring out rented scooter in off the street and park in the private foyer.DafynYoung couple

The balcony was a plus, small but private. Wonderful shower and hot water. If you are looking for authentic, cheap food, we recommend the wooden market. The Khoa Soi was delicious, authentic and only 60 Baht. There is even a genuine massage parlour opposite. I had a 1 hour coconut oil deep massage for 450 Baht.
