One of the coolest stays I've had in Japan! The capsules are so futuristic looking, and the accommodation provides you with so many amenities. I felt very comfortable in my capsule, and it was extremely clean as well. All the staff were kind and made sure everything went smoothly.

Looking for a capsule hotel?

Developed in Japan, these cheap “pod” hotels are a novelty for any traveler. With rows of small single bed enclosed capsules, accommodations are basic and intended to be overnight. There's separate storage for luggage and gender-separate communal bathrooms. Some capsule hotels also have a sentō – a Japanese bath house, usually for male guests only.

Cheap capsule hotel very close to the main streets. From the train station it is about 20 minutes walk. The hotel was very clean, showers were quite big and clean. Lockers are big enough to host a trolley.

As a first-time at a Capsule hotel, it was quite an interesting experience. The beds were quite okay with a dimmable light and a socket outlet in the capsule. A luggage locker outside of the sleeping area was provided. The location was really convenient and within walking distance to the Sendai business district. A gift card for use at a nearby Starbucks was provided for the breakfast option.

Very clean, good size pod, lots of big showers and lots of toilets. Had a great stay here. Best capsule hotel I've stayed at so far. 7/11 right next door. Easy to get around.

Love the huge king size bed - pretty rare for affordable Japanese hotels. It is in a very convenient location close to the Station and the Morning Market. Lots of good eateries close by. Surprisingly cheap for these spacious rooms!

This is the best Nine hours Capsule hotel I stayed at through my trip to Japan. The staff were very friendly, the lockers were large with plenty of room for bags and luggage, and the capsule area was very comfortable. The area was also amazing with plenty to see and do. Sendai castle was a half hour away on foot and there was plenty to see on the route there.

Easily accessed from Sendai Station, only a few minutes walk. Also conveniently located near Aobadori Station (JR) which gets you a seat if transiting on the local train outside of Sendai! Hotel had a modern vibe, friendly staff and luggage storage. Amenities at reception, plus clothes washing/drying on Level 2 plus ice machine and vending machine. Also had a handy feature where you can see if the washing machine is free via your room TV. The room had triple beds which was perfect and an overall comfortable stay. Would stay here again.

Excellent location for people travelling by train, comparatively spacious room (for Japan), impeccably clean, friendly staff who spoke very good English. Breakfast has a variety of fresh, high quality foods for both western and Japanese tastes. There are cheaper options but you won't get this level of quality, location and service, as far as my experience goes.

Close to Sendai Station and in the main shopping street - convenient location and late checkin available. Standout features are the excellent designed capsules, with the standard size being larger than most other capsule hotels I've been to; and the onsen available to use.
