It is equipped with anything you might need for a short or longer stay (even 2 coffee machines). The beds were very comfy. The location is perfect when visiting the LKH or MedUni. Located in Graz, near Graz Clock Tower and Graz Town Hall, Pleasant City Apartment is a recently renovated property, featuring, a garden and tennis court. This is a well appointed and recently renovated apartment in a nice upper middle class neighborhood of Graz. It includes everything one could need for a longer term stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to a new washer. Everything was very clean and tidy. The apartment has lots of windows so it gets plenty of natural light and overlooks the green courtyard of a nearby school. The building itself has a live-in superintendent and a common use garden for residents’ use. There are many trees and one wakes up to the sound of singing birds, which I really liked. Schlossberg and the Stadtpark are an easy stroll away and Graz Innerstadt with museums and restaurants is a pleasant 15-minute walk through the green area. It is very safe and beautiful in this part of Graz, which itself is a safe and peaceful place with many parks and an interesting culinary scene. Milena and Martin were both super kind hosts and always immediately available for any requests. I was in Graz for two months doing research at the university and loved my stay here!

Perfect stay if you don't want to be super centrally located, great communication, parking, facilities... The only thing you should take in consideration is that the trams are passing right by the flat so it gets noisy through the night when they do.
