The family-run Hotel Der Marienhof is located in the green and quiet district of Waltendorf, only a short drive from the centre of Graz. Free private parking is available. The breakfast was generous and widely varied, covering all the requirements I’ve ever had for breakfast. The coffee selections allowed for some artistic exploration and experimenting, and I found a combination that worked perfectly for my North American tastes. The staff providing service for the breakfast was amazing and attentive to even the smallest details.

I already stayed at Kaiserreich I last year and was lucky enough to have Kaiserreich II available this year. Since I attended a sports event in the sports hall just behind the house, the location couldn't have been more convenient. The hosts really pay attention to detail with a complimentory bottle of water, a bottle of wine and some sweets on the pillow. Just amazing! The appartment was clean and the contactless check in is also very easy.

The host was very warm and welcoming, they turned on the heating before we came, and left us a bottle of juice and wine on the table as a gift. The rooms are big and comfortable, the apartment has two terraces and a big living room. We loved it so much that we stayed in the first night and didn't go to advent. The kitchen had everything we needed. We would highly recommend booking this apartment if you are coming to Graz with your car.

Beautiful apartment in an amazing location - I attended a course at the medical university which is approx. 5 minutes away on foot. The connection to the city centre is also really good, the nearest tram stop is 3 mins away from the apartment, and you can get to the city centre in 15 minutes with the tram directly. The host is very kind, also really helpful.
