The room was nice and big- very comfortable bed. The room was very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I’m don’t speak Spanish but , several staff spoke enough English so,that we could communicate. The breakfast was very nice and came with many choices…even scrambled eggs could be ordered. As a woman traveling alone, I felt quite safe. The staff volunteered to help with my luggage which I greatly appreciated. They offered to do many thoughtful things,,,,,e.g. while I waited outside for my Uber, a staff brought me coffee. I definitely recommend Hotel Pasko and would stay here again. My travel agent booked this hotel for me and I had a good nightly rate.

Well situated in the heart of Santiago, Hotel Sommelier Boutique features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. Great boutique hotel with a restaurant / bar on the terrace. Location is ideal for exploring the centre of Santiago - Plaza de Armas is a short walk. It's also close to several main attractions and the Lastarria and Bellavista neighbourhoods are nearby (these are great for eating, drinking and shopping). What really makes this hotel stand out, however, are the wonderful staff. The receptionist were incredibly helpful, the breakfast staff were lovely, as were the staff who cleaned the rooms. The rooftop restaurant is a real bonus serving excellent food - and again the staff were very friendly and knowledgable. We stayed 2 weeks (some business but mainly pleasure) and were genuinely sad to leave. The perfect place to explore Santiago.

The staff was so friendly and helpful! The breakfast buffet was excellent. The location was great. Everything was artsy and stylish. It had a walk-in shower. Everything worked properly, including the air conditioning, which was nice since the city was hot.

Intimo Hotel Miraflores is attractively located in the centre of Santiago, and features a bar and free WiFi. Staff extremely helpful. very peaceful comfy and clean room.
