Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood with lots of bars/restaurants nearby and also within walking distance to the city center. Very helpful staff. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere and my room was very comfortable.

The small staff is always so helpful and story nice (as are the owners), rooms are super quiet and super clean. The location is very close to the airport bus and other public transport. Overall the vibe there was also great. Not like a hotel more like a very big house. Never felt crowded at any point. I came back five times for all my stops in Santiago.

Our garden view room was lovely and quiet, with bright windows a comfortable king bed and high ceilings. The breakfasts were superb with many choices. We enjoyed the back garden every afternoon. The staff went out of their way to make sure everything was going well for us. They also have access to a guide who will do walking tours, driving tours, anything you want.

Wow Wow Wow .Everything was great. Buffet breakfast included in price was great.Dinner & alcohol were priced well. Wifi was great. Everything about this hotel was well thought out. 10 out 10

Staff at reception was very friendly and provided excellent service. The gentleman at the reception gave me directions for sights around Centro and provided a great check in experience. The hotel has 24 hours reception and security. I highly recommend this location too. Close to all the sights in Centro.

Located in the historical centre of the city, close to shops and restaurants, Novapark offers accommodation in Santiago de Chile. Free WiFi. Very nice, recent hôtel. Super clean and staff speak a little bit English. It's located in the Paris/Londres neighborhood which is very friendly with restaurants and bars. But the hotel is in a quite corner!

Hotel Gran Palace offers accommodations in the city center of Santiago. Free WiFi access is available on site. Plaza de Armas Metro Station is 500 meters away. Splendid central location. Very clean. International standard toiletries provided. Staff went out of the way to have packed breakfast for us ready at 4am on the day we were leaving. Delicious large spread breakfast.
