A 5-minute walk from Cologne Cathedral and a 9-minute walk from Cologne Central Station, this hotel lies on a side street in the Old Town. It has air-conditioned rooms and free WiFi. Rarely have I been so impressed by a hotel’s service, cleanliness and comfort. The staff was extremely helpful, starting by providing directions and recommendations for where to go based on the time I had available. When I mistakenly thought the sink had a defect and reported it, the staff came up immediately to try and rectify it. He explained to me how the drainage worked. The breakfast spread was also superb, with a daily homemade dish. For the morning I was there, it was an excellent French toast. The home was compact, clean and comfortable. The lighting and shower systems were also intuitive to use. There was also a nice minibar, though I didn’t use it. All in all, I felt that Stern am Rathaus was the highlight of my stay in Cologne!

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. the location is good, close enough to the cathedral, there are many cafes and restaurants nearby, there is a shop in the hotel and nearby. The design of the hotel in general and the rooms in particular 10/10. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel has a rooftop and a gym. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend choosing this hotel!

Conveniently set in the centre of Cologne, 25hours Hotel The Circle provides air-conditioned rooms, a restaurant, free WiFi and a bar. Jaw dropping space-themed design. I’ve never seen anything like it. Stepping into the lobby was like stepping into a 60-70s space movie. So many cool details and fun quirks to discover. The room had a fantastic design. Dog-friendly. The rooftop was great. We loved it!

A hotel in a very good location, close to the city centre, yet very calm and cozy. Hotel Staff is very welcoming and helpful from the very beginning. They provided me all the information and services I needed. I didn't use much from "extras" but whatever I used, it was excellent. Also, wifi worked as intended, that wasn't super important, I will definitely come back to this hotel and share a word of mouth with my peers.

Great location, just a 10 minute walk from the main station and close to restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets. Felt very safe around the hotel. The room was excellent; very spacious and great value for money. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Definitely recommend!
