Hotell i Santacruz, Mumbai

Nestled amidst 10 acres of sprawling greenery, Grand Hyatt Mumbai is situated in the heart of the city. We traveled from Dubai with my mother who is over 75 during the covid-19 pandemic. Our arrival itself was a pleasant surprise with a complimentaary room upgrade than what we booked for. Adding to that was the free complimentary breakfast and early checkin as we arrived unexpectedly before our scheduled time. Thanks to Jai and his courteous staff members for organising this! I must say despite covid-19 times, all security and hygiene factors were in place, even in the restaurants, where the staff is all smiles and extra care all the time (despite masks, extreme friendliness), some names from the Fifty Five east restaurant if I were to mention here were Chef Nishad, Agnel Dsouza, Nikhil, Yuvraj, Rajesh, and other lady staff...if I remember the names correctly....adding to the pleasant surprise on our last breakfast day! The food obviously well prepared as expected for a "Hyatt", at this restaurant, as well as Celine and the Gourmet shop which we experienced frequently. Clean rooms, helpful houskeeping staff and smooth checkout as well....thanks to Anant who helped us from the conceirge service. Indeed a 5 star stay!

Value for money hotel with all the basic facilities and comfortable rooms the location is very close to the embassy and the staff are also very helpful will definitely visit again.
