The staff were very courteous and helpful throughout our stay. The hospitality experienced was beyond words! The rooms were of good size and had an European design. The cleanliness was exceptional - both with the room and the surroundings. One thing to highlight was the food - the breakfast buffet was impressive both in size and quality! I haven't had so much authentic food from different parts of India before!

Also I enjoyed the hospitality suite a lot. No 1 hotel in service.

Placed in the heart of Mumbai’s suburban district, The Westin Mumbai Garden City offers a landscaped swimming pool, a fitness centre and 3 dining options. I traveled to Mumbai for work and spent two nights at the Westin. It was really an amazing stay! The staff were more than helpful and friendly. The hotel was super clean, modernly decorated, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing and there were so many choices. Excellent food for room service and they even brought me a complimentary dessert the first night. The room and the view were great. There was a big event (wedding) going on while I was staying there, and obviously the staff were very busy, but I didn't feel once that attention to my needs was sidelined. 100% recommend.
