We have a wonderful stay at Midori Boutique Hotel. All the staffs there are very friendly and helpful. The family psuite assigned to us are very clean and spacious. My kids like the room alot. We have a small issue with air con in one of the rooms and the hotel staffs promptly addressed the issue. Impressive service recovery performed by the hotel staffs.

My family had a trip in Hanoi and chose Vong Xua Boutique hotel for 2 nights. About the time I stayed here I had a very good experience of the hotel service. The staff is very enthusiastic, welcoming, helping our family, hope to visit the hotel once again.

Located in Hanoi, 3.1 km from Ha Noi Railway station, Hanvet Hotel Ha Noi features views of the city. Very spacious room with a big balcony overlooking the neighborhood. Staff didn’t speak English but didn’t have any issues communicating through translating apps. Clean, spacious and nice bike parking.

The staff was really helpful, friendly, and super supportive. The room was nice and clean. location was not too far away from the center. A morning walk by the park nearby was perfect!

The train tracks is also pretty close as well as the famous Obama restaurant. • The lobby was bright and inviting, there’s some crack on the tiles but that’s fine. • The lady who helped me was fantastic. Very accommodating and attentive. When we didn’t understand each other the first time, she called me up later on to clarify what she meant. Her great service was definitely appreciated!!
