The hotel exceeded our expectations: the room was quite big and very bright during the day because of the big windows. Chloe and the girls at the reception were always friendly and helpful, showing courtesy in every encounter. The location of the hotel is just outside the city centre - which for me it was perfect, because we could walk to the main attractions/ restaurants but could also have a more peaceful night of sleep at night. I would definitely come back to the hotel!

Well situated in the center of Hoi An, Lion King Hotel has air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a garden. Clean and modern room, near all the attractions and restaurants. Once you arrive is like you are visiting family members, not checking in to a hotel. The hosts are wonderful and the whole experience was the best we had in any hotel in Vietnam. I would rate them above 10, if that would be possible :)

Very modern and stylish hotel with super cozy rooms. Location is also very good not too far away from the city centre but also a bit more relaxed and calm. Also super clean. Owners are super friendly and helpful.

The staf was very friendly and a good help for advising us for events. Always positieve and ready for help. Very naar to the old city centre and the beach. We could use the bikes for free. Nice rooms, clean and comfortable.

Conveniently located in Hoi An, Hoianese Heritage Hotel - Truly Hoi An provides air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge and free WiFi. First of all Min and Helen were amazing, very hospitable and informative. The interior was unique, tha patio outside was so nice especially in the morning. It is a place away from the noise but still just meters away from the center. Amazing place ☺️

Featuring a restaurant and an indoor pool, Hoa My II offers rooms with free WiFi. Located on Tran Cao Van Street, it is steps away from the downtown area of Hoi An, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. What an amazing staff. 3 weeks into Vietnam and Hoianese was by far the best for the following: exceptional staff that was so kind, giving, accommodating, caring and professional. The staff set me up on a tour of the old city led by Bao who knew his Hoi An inside and out and was able to communicate a most detailed, insightful and interesting narrative of the historical, ethnic, religious, and cultural essence of Hoi An. Also set me up with tours of Marble Mountain and My Son. The guides here were excellent as well. Breakfast was so delicious and filling whether it be banana pancakes or omelet and the coffee and cucumber water served throughout the day refreshed and provided get up and go. Rooms were large, clean, quiet, romantic, and the bed was firm as I like it. Location was perfect. A quiet area near many fine restaurants that tower over usual Vietnam fare and at cheap cost. My favorite staff, place and made me feel like a visiting uncle rather than a tourist. I loved it so much I extended my 4 nights to 6. I almost forgot, pick up at Danang airport and motorbike to bus station upon departure. Hannah arranged it all with her magic wand. Neil, the wandering librarian

The stay was amazing best hotel we had in Vietnam the facilities were great the room the pool and the breakfast also, however the best part was the staff, so amazing nice and personal, always trying to help they were just incredible we loved the staff and the stay
