Let me start with how easy it was to communicate with them. They made sure that our transfer from Da Nang was smooth. They received us very warmly once we arrived, and we immediately felt at home. The hotel is beautiful and elegantly decorated. I appreciated the traditional and modern styles. The room is exquisite! Food, the pool area, the spa were all amazing. It truly felt like an expensive resort hotel! Rose and all the other staff were so lovely to us and our children. They made arrangements for tours and shows for us even last minute. We stayed for 5 days here and I truly felt like a VIP. My kids still want to return to Little Hoi An again, and we will for sure stay here again! Thanks to Little Hoi An staff!

Ideally set in the Minh An district of Hoi An, Hoi An Riverland Villa - Hoi An Center is located a 6-minute walk from Japanese Covered Bridge, 0.7 miles from Hoi An Historic Museum and a 14-minute... It's family-owned, and the owners were very warm and cordial. It was rainy, so they kindly loaned us umbrellas every time we went out. We arrived late in the evening, and they held the room for us. Bottled water was provided everyday. The place was clean and cozy, and the location was perfect --we had an unobstructed view of the river, and it was quiet while also being close to the action. In addition, we inadvertently left a package in a rented car that took us to Da Nang, and the Villa owner located the driver and made sure we got our package back!

Sally and Lilly were amazing front line staff. Other staff lovely too. So polite and helpful. Great location. Lovely room. Great breakfast. Clean pool. Shifted rooms for us so we got a better view. Assisted us when we had a health issue while out on the bikes.

Location is perfect All staff are over the top wonderful!!! Hotel is a bit old but well maintained and very clean! Breakfast is good
