The family who own and manage the Hostal showed us much kindness and hospitality during our stay in Otavalo. It was a pleasur staying 2 nights at Hostal Curinan and very. They are a lovely family. The rooms were comfortable and clean. There is beautiful view of Otavalo and the surroundings.

Loved our host, very sweet people and didn't mind me using Google translate to communicate better. He even took us to a few places most visitors probably don't think about. They prepared us dinner one night which was great! The house is super cute and clean, love the view to the lake. The town is safe to walk I'm at night. Make sure to go to Bambu Grill. Great place to eat.

Hotel El Andariego was the perfect place to stay in Otavalo, located in the heart of the city makes it great to reach easly all parts of the city. was beautifuly decorated with the tipical fabrics and style of Otavalo, very clean, great and kind staff helping in everything they can. it was just great! we loved it so much that came back after we went to Ibarra to stay a couple more days in El Andariego :). Their Restaurant Fuya! it is just amazing food. for a great ambient and price! was actualy our favorite Restaurant in Otavalo. we can just say, if you go to Otavalo, you should go to El Andariego.

I LOVED this hotel - it was so cozy and adorable! The view was incredible and the service was top notch! The food was another level and the grounds were spectacular! I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Otavalo area.

Amazing little castle near the wonderful waterfall of Peguche. Both the enterior and interior reflect the unique style of the owner Marcos, who was extremely friendly and helpful, and also knowledgeable about the local attractions (and as an extra, transported us to Quito Airport, which is quite far away). Highly recommended if you want to avoid the crowd and have a piece of Ecuadorian Paradise instead. (ps: there are real colibri birds in the garden, and words can not describe, how beautiful creatures they are).

The whole place is beautiful, in a quiet environment a little bit outside of Otavalo but not too far. The kids loved the homemade Zipline! And we even got to hear our hosts sing beautiful songs from different countries of Latin America on Saturday night. Breakfast with fresh fruit juice and delicious hot cocoa.

Owned and managed by a delightful indigenous family who took the time to tell us about local life. Quiet location a bit outside of town, but within easy walking distance, even with kids. Felt very safe and had secure parking. Nice views of the valley and volcanoes. We would definitely stay there again!

Despite the central location the guesthouse is extremely quiet, with no street noise. The room was huge and the beds were extremely comfortable- we had the best sleep we’ve had in a long time! The architecture is gorgeous, the photos just don’t do it justice! The guesthouse has everything you need for a comfortable short or longer term stay, including a well equipped kitchen if you would like to do some cooking. The host was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The inner courtyard and the garden are very beautiful and invite you to linger. The hotel staff is very friendly, helpful and competent, we felt very welcome and comfortable. The room is big and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is very good with a choice of breads, cheeses, cereals and yoghurts.

The room was ridiculously large, with three double beds, a sitting area, and a good bathroom with a nice hot shower. The shared kitchen had everything you need, there are a couple of common sitting areas, plus a rooftop with a small but lovely sitting area. View of the volcano from the roof. There is also a clothes washing machine available. Alberto was a great host and had tons of information about the area. Fantastic value.
