I really enjoyed the breakfast he offered for just a small price. The Room was very clean, very very cosy and it had a wonderful view over the lake and the Pidrutalagala Mountain. Definitely a recommendation!

A car rental service is available at the homestay. We really liked the stay! Araa picked us up at the train station and we had an amazing stay with him and his mother. The home-cooked dinners were amazing and super tasty! Moreover, we booked a day trip with him and another couple that were staying for the same period to learn more about tea plantations, the area and Sri Lankan culture. 10/10 and def recommended!

It is situated 11.6 km from Hakgala Botanical Garden and provides a 24-hour front desk. A real local experience, stay with a lovely family, amazing view from the balcony, Wasantha and Chithra were the perfect hosts and really did everything to make the stay unforgettable. Often we had the experience in Sri Lanka that requests were ignored or not completely fulfilled. But here they listened carefully and arranged everything as expected, such as massage, real BBQ, shopping local food with a lot of explanations, Hortons-National-Park. It was an amazing experience. Thank you so much!
