Beautiful and large house in one of the best Medellín locations. It is located in an excellent neighborhood near popular areas such as the Atanasio Girardot Sports Unit, the Stadium, 70 street boulevard and the center of Medellín, just a 3 minutes walking from the Suramericana metro station. Easy access to public transportation, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. You will feel at home here!

You will be in a secure neighborhood with everything you need close to you. In just few minutes walking you can find two metro station (Suramericana and Stadium), main buses routes, the 70 street boulevard, the main sport complex of the city, exchange houses, in the corner a big supermarket and a lot of restaurants. In this location you will have various options to move around the city. - You can use the Metro, the Suramericana station is just 3 minutes walking. - In the corner of the house, you will find taxis. - Requesting an Uber is also an excellent option. - You will find one of the main bus routes, Colombia Street, just 2 minutes walking. - If you come by car, during the day you can park free outside the house, at night I recommend you keep it in a very close parking lot and with very good rates, you can find it on maps as "Agua bendita - Parqueadero y Lavadero".
