Entering our apartment is entering a space of exceptional spaciousness, where cozy elegance merges perfectly. Every detail has been carefully maintained to ensure your experience feels like being in your own home. If at any time you notice something missing, please do not hesitate to let us know. We are committed to exceeding your expectations, always within the limits of our ethical values ​​and respect for our nighttime schedules. We have two bicycles available for you to explore the neighborhood, a camping tent in case you want to go explore a town, high-speed internet, Netflix, Amazon, and some tickets to the Gym.
Some of my passions are cycling, swimming, helping in social works and acting. I am a very happy and friendly person, I try to be available to resolve any concerns or inconveniences. I also have a good list of cultural recommendations and various alternatives to make your stay comfortable and fun. I can recommend places for food, drinks, parties, culture, art, ecology and nature and if I am available I can accompany you somewhere with a voluntary contribution.
The neighborhood is located in the southern area of ​​the city of Medellín, also called Eternal Spring, it is a commercial sector and around it you will find different options for food, drinks, gift shops, barbershops, hairdressers and parks. It is very close to the Santafé Shopping Center, Arkadia Shopping Center, The Golden Mile, the 4 South Bridge, the Juan Pablo Segundo Airpark and the Maria Luisa Calle Sports Unit, the town neighborhood, the Lleras Park and Provenza.
